Ingredients

Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon

(5g or 0.18 oz)
Almond Flour
2 tablespoon

(14g or 0.49 oz)
The Ultimate Icing Sugar Replacement by Swerve
2 tablespoon

(30g or 1.06 oz)
Raw Egg, Yolk
1 large

(17g or 0.6 oz)
Vanilla Extract
¼ teaspoon
100% Cocoa Special Dark by Hershey’s
1 tbsp

(5g or 0.18 oz)
Water
1 tablespoon

(15g or 0.53 oz)

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients into a microwave proof ramekin.

2. Stir to combine well.

3. Microwave on HIGH for 50-60 seconds. You may need to adjust the time depending on your microwave being careful not to overcook the brownie.
