Taco Seasoning-1 Tbsp.
Shred Cbicken- 1 Cup
Rotel- 1/2 Can
Mexican Shredded Cheese- 3/4 Cup
Green onions- 2 Stalks
Mission Carb Balance Tortillas- 4
Cream Cheese- 8oz.
Mix all ingredients together. I used canned shredded chicken that I season and warm up on the stove first. Spread a thin layer over the tortilla and then tightly roll up. Place in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes. Slice in 1/2 inch slices.
