With this apple cinnamon keto mug cake, you definitely can! It’s so moist and comforting… it’s definitely one of my favorites and I made quite a few ketogenic mug cakes in my life!
You might be wondering how this apple mug cake can be ketogenic if it contains real apples but my answer regarding stuff like this is always the same: you can have “non-ketogenic” foods if you don’t overdo it.
You can eat everything you want but you have to account for it.
My secret for this ketogenic apple pie mug cake?
There’s only enough apple in there to make it taste like apple pie but not enough to kick you out of ketosis.
While this cinnamon apple pie mug cake is definitely one of my higher carb ones, it’s still super low carb with only 4.9g net carbs per serving!
That’s only a tiny bit more than most of my other mug cakes and still super low carb!
