INGREDIENTS

  • 1 batch Keto ice-cream
  • 12 packs perfect keto double chocolate cookies
  • Optional: keto-friendly chocolate chips

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Prep the keto ice-cream according to the recipe.
    2. Equally distribute ice cream in between two keto double chocolate cookies.
    3. Add optional chocolate chips around the outside, or leave them plain.
    4. Freeze in an airtight container until ready to be eaten.
