Keto Air Fryer Cheese Biscuits

The idea to make these biscuits in the air fryer came to me when we were making our garlic butter cheese rolls.

I placed a little bit of dough into the air fryer and out came these little air fryer cheese biscuits that turned out surprisingly well!

They came out a bit more dense and had a heavier biscuit texture to them, so I decided to experiment by making keto air fryer biscuits.

So if you’re a fan of the air fryer like me, these cheese biscuits will be the perfect go-to appetizer to air fry up for your next meal!

Servings 6 Rolls


  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 Cups Pre-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Egg Egg Wash
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Combine Almond Flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and Baking Powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • In a different large microwavable bowl, add shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, take out and stir, then microwave for 30-45 more seconds and stir again. Continue this process until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Add the Almond Flour mixture from step 2) into the cheese bowl while still warm, quickly knead with hands until dough like consistency and everything is fully combined. If dough cools too much just microwave for a few seconds, take out and knead again.
  • Once combined, separate into 6 equal parts, form balls by rolling dough between the palms of your hands and set aside.
  • Beat egg in a bowl and gently brush onto balls (egg wash) and transfer to air fryer tray. Note – you may need to spray cooking oil to avoid sticking depending on your air fryer.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes @ 390F and enjoy warm. To reheat the keto biscuits, place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
